1. Introduction

By accessing or using our website [luxurywatchescentre.com] and placing orders with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our website or place orders.

2. Who we are

We are Luxury Watches Centre, operating in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. All references to “Goods”, “Products” or “Watches” refer to the luxury watches we offer for sale.

3. Eligibility

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into a binding contract, and that you are purchasing for personal use (not for resale) unless otherwise agreed.

4. Products, Availability & Pricing

  • We aim to display accurate product information including images, descriptions, and pricing. However, colours, sizing, finishes or minor details may vary slightly in person.

  • The availability of products is subject to change without notice. We may cancel or refuse an order if the product is not available.

  • Prices may change, and errors may occur. If a pricing error is discovered after you place an order, we will notify you and you may accept the corrected price or cancel the order.

5. Orders & Contract Formation

  • When you place an order through our checkout, you will receive an order confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

  • A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch/shipping confirmation (or equivalent).

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (for example, where payment cannot be authorised or stock is unavailable).

6. Payment

  • Payment must be made using the accepted methods on our site and must be authorised and cleared before we dispatch the product.

  • You confirm that the payment method used is yours and that all transaction information is true and correct.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • We will deliver Goods to the address you supply. You must ensure delivery information is correct.

  • Delivery times are approximate and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs or other external factors beyond our control.

  • You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other levies imposed by your local jurisdiction, if applicable.

8. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are governed by our separate Return Policy (please refer to it for full details).

  • Goods must be returned in the condition in which you received them (unused, with all original tags, packaging and paperwork) unless faulty.

  • We may refuse a return or deduct value if the product is damaged or worn beyond what is required to inspect the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Goods.

9. Authenticity Guarantee

  • We guarantee that all Products sold by us are genuine and authentic.

  • If you receive a Product that you believe is not genuine, please contact us immediately with full details for investigation.

10. Warranty & Liability

  • Unless otherwise stated, any warranty is limited to the purchase price of the good.

  • We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence. In all other cases, our liability to you is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

  • We will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses (such as loss of business, profits or reputation) arising from the purchase or use of our Products.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website (text, images, logos, trademarks) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or exploit any part of our website without our prior written permission.

12. Your Obligations

  • You must provide accurate and current personal information when placing an order.

  • You must comply with any laws applicable to your region with respect to importation or use of the Goods.

  • You must not use our site in any way that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others.

13. Changes to These Terms

  • We may revise these Terms from time to time. The version applicable to your order is the one in force at the time you place your order.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan.

  • Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
